fix(frontend): 修复 Select 下拉菜单选项文本被截断的问题

- 修改下拉框宽度策略为 min-w-full w-max max-w-[300px]，允许自动扩展
- 添加 left-0 确保下拉框左对齐
- 为选项标签添加 flex-1 min-w-0 text-left 确保正确布局
