- 新增 GetErrorLogByID 接口,支持按 ID 精确查询错误详情
- 优化错误日志过滤逻辑,支持多维度筛选(平台、阶段、来源、所有者等)

- 增强错误分类和标准化处理
- 支持错误解决状态追踪(resolved 字段)

- 支持按规则、平台、分组、区域等维度静默告警
- 可设置静默时长和原因说明
