docs(frontend): 完善 OpenCode 配置说明

更新 API 密钥页面 OpenCode 配置提示信息：
- 补充支持 opencode.jsonc 后缀名
- 说明可使用默认 provider（openai/anthropic/google）或自定义 provider_id
- 说明 API Key 支持直接配置或通过 /connect 命令配置
- 保留"示例仅供参考，模型与选项可按需调整"的提示

配置文件路径：~/.config/opencode/opencode.json（或 opencode.jsonc）
