 ("plat/poplar: migrate to mmc framework") defines
variable 'info' without !POPLAR_RECOVERY protection, and hence causes
the following unused variable error with POPLAR_RECOVERY=1 build.

The patches fixes the build error with POPLAR_RECOVERY=1.
