Subject: [PATCH] Fix MISRA rule 8.3 Part 1
Rule 8.3: All declarations of an object or function shall
use the same names and type qualifiers.
Fixed for:
make DEBUG=1 PLAT=fvp LOG_LEVEL=50 all
