Add missing build options to the User Guide

The folowing build options were missing from the User Guide and have been
documented:

 - CTX_INCLUDE_FPREGS
 - DISABLE_PEDANTIC
 - BUILD_STRING
 - VERSION_STRING
 - BUILD_MESSAGE_TIMESTAMP
