Apparently a line longer than 255 chars was spotted in the wild:

- replaces uid check from d18e9a48

- uses sysctl(KERN_PROCARGS2) on *BSD
- doesn't work on Linux yet

This is a work-in-progress, code is currently broken.
(Some actions, and notably, the header, are missing.)

On my machine, this gives a ~20% improvement in htop process time use with the default config.

Changes in object model: separate class objects to store vtable. Also, nicer UTF-8 display of big numbers.
