Fix multiple sources entry on Buster with OMV5

Adjust desktop installation due to https://github.com/armbian/build/commit/c4af831b90c28a2e6575c45553c02ec4ee872bf7 Need testings.

The same fix is needed for Buster as well.
Source is in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault-kernel-backports.list already..

Adjusting

Add Emby Server install function and update README.

Monit package is now available through buster-packports. OMV5 install 
now able to complete on Buster and OMV5 able to run. Closing issue #55

* Add Emby media server (https://emby.media). Doesn't require an account 
like Plex :-)
* Update README software testing table for Plex, Emby and OMV.
* Clean-up header functions list debian-software.

fix distro check in nextcloudpi installer

patch for ISPConfig installer

- phpmyadmin is no longer in Debian repository in Buster and must be installed from source (a future TODO).

This reverts commit 4254f292.

Make Plex install script use official repo

Development

Add netmask to CIDR convertion function.

Use netmask_to_cidr func in nm_ip_editor because nmcli tool only accept 
CIDR notation for netmask.

Add additional notice when runnig OMV install on Buster. https://github.com/armbian/config/issues/55

Adjusting NCP installer since it reads ISSUE. It's a temporally fix until this installer is changed for Docker variant

on generic Debian directly from repository.
