Fix multiple sources entry on Buster with OMV5

Adjust desktop installation due to https://github.com/armbian/build/commit/c4af831b90c28a2e6575c45553c02ec4ee872bf7 Need testings.

The same fix is needed for Buster as well.
Source is in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault-kernel-backports.list already..

Adjusting

Add Emby Server install function and update README.

Monit package is now available through buster-packports. OMV5 install 
now able to complete on Buster and OMV5 able to run. Closing issue #55

Add netmask to CIDR convertion function.

Use netmask_to_cidr func in nm_ip_editor because nmcli tool only accept 
CIDR notation for netmask.
