provide sector cache root directory to sector builder constructor

Interactive PoRep will split the existing seal operation into a
two-step flow. In the first step, the pre-commit operation will persist
some artifacts to a per-sector directory (a subdirectory of the
sector cache root-dir) for the commit operation to load.

ci(fix): cache key must include arch to prevent permissions errors with darwin

conform to new DRG+ API

Trying to compute a cache key wasn't working as intended. We always know the version of groth parameters, so just update the key manually to match.
