Shouldn't be needed, but I had to make this tweak to make this work again.

- uses sysctl(KERN_PROCARGS2) on *BSD
- doesn't work on Linux yet

Fixes building on case-insensitive filesystems where String.h gets confused with <string.h>.

Subject: [PATCH 1/8] Rename String to StringUtils

This is a work-in-progress, code is currently broken.
(Some actions, and notably, the header, are missing.)

This will produce too much replicated code.
I think I'll use a lighter abstraction in things like this.

Set up environment to move other meters.
