qcom: Switch SDM845 WLAN firmware

Switch SDM845 and the Dragonboard 845c/RB3 to the more stable version
WLAN.HL.2.0-01387-QCAHLSWMTPLZ-1, by replacing the wlanmdsp.mbn with a
symlink to the recently commited file found under ath10k/
