dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of openmediavault-omvextrasorg

Tested on Armbian and 'foreign' Jessie and Stretch installations

OMV4 confirmed to work but pretty useless yet without OMV Extras and flashmemory plugin. Developer stuff :)

Fix dependendies typo

Using 4 / 1 MB even on 256 MB boards works.

Creates a daily cronjob script to download armbian torrents, seed them and remove those who are not comming to the list any more

Added h3disp where avaliable, check if hostapd is running before starting netork manager, enable / disable hostapd, bridge mode tested, ...

Add CUPS and Samba back since we will remove stock istaller ... configurator for hotspot. need more testing
